Return Window

Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
